Being a medical doctor specialised in sports medicine and a cyclist competing in road races is a beautiful combination.
As a competitive athlete I experiment with training methods, bike technology and nutrition. My main goal herein is to be the best cyclist I can be even though I started cycling only in 2011 and I work as a sports medicine specialist 30 hours a week.
As a medical doctor my experiences as an athlete help me to really understand the needs of a sportive patient / athlete. I like to combine both my medical and sport experiences with a touch of creativity to advice athletes and patients of all levels and performing in all kind of sports.
